his horse is not galloping, it s in face jogging, not even a full trot. One can see clearly by the face that he is using a diagonal gait that it is not a walk but he has stepped it up a notch but that his hooves are toe first to the ground shows it is quite slow. If he were galloping it would be a three/one gait showing three legs up in the air while one is on the ground (or vica-verca) or no feet touching down at all, also a flat hoof (not toe down) would indicate speed.
